Step 1 – Vacuuming: Vacuuming your carpets before cleaning is essential. Removing dry soil, pet hair, sand and dust means the cleaning fluids in the next step penetrate further into the carpet fibers. It also gives us a chance to look the carpet over before we get started. 

Step 2 – Pre-conditioning/Spot Treatment: High-traffic areas like hallways, entries, stairs and the area located in the front of the sofa need to be treated with carpet cleaning solutions prior to the rinse cycle. In addition the same areas are agitated with a carpet brush or motorized scrubber to make sure the cleaning fluids are pushed deep into the carpet pile.

Step 3 – Rinse and Extract: Just like your washing machine and dishwasher; our process has a rinse cycle. This is when we flush the soil and cleaning solution from the carpet with very hot water and high powered vacuums. The impurities are pulled from the fibers and transported to a waste tank mounted in our van.
